Launch night in Europe: add-ons at midnight CET

In Europe, WoW Forever opens at midnight CET going into 5 November (23:00 UTC, 3:00 pm PST on the 4th), per Blizzard's announcement. Add-on authors in American time zones may still be pushing fixes while you log in. Plan for that.
Before 23:30
- Install the client and create
_forever_/Interface/AddOnsif it isn't there. - Point your add-on manager at the Forever installation. Our install guides cover each app.
- Put BugSack and BugGrabber in first.
At midnight
- Log in with only the essentials enabled: an error catcher, Details! Damage Meter, Deadly Boss Mods (DBM) or BigWigs Bossmods, TomTom.
- Type
/dump select(4, GetBuildInfo())and compare the number with the add-ons' Forever builds. If it changed from the beta's 16001, expect "Out of date" labels until authors update.
In the morning
- Update everything before your second session. Authors often release fixes within hours of a launch.
- Check the launch hub: we keep it current through launch night, including which add-ons we've rechecked.
- Then add the rest of your setup, a few add-ons at a time.
