Shadowed Unit Frames has no WoW Forever file, so try BetterBlizzFrames if you like the default look or Umbra Unit Frames if you want something similar to Shadowed. If you were going to replace your whole UI anyway, ElvUI's unit frames cover this too.

Shadowed Unit Frames status
When we last checked, its files listed only retail interface numbers. Don't force it to load. Its add-on page has our latest check, and an update could land at any time.
Try the default first
Forever's Edit Mode lets you move and resize the default frames. That may be all you need, and it means nothing to update. See UI setup.
