OmniCC had no WoW Forever release or Forever interface number when we last checked, so don't expect it to load until it's updated. The same author's Dominos already supports Forever, so an update may follow. Check Wago and its GitHub for the newest file. Its add-on page has our latest check.
What to use for now
- The game's own setting: look for a cooldown numbers option in Options, under Action Bars or Combat. Other WoW versions have one, though we haven't confirmed its name on Forever.
- tullaCTC: lets you customise the text on cooldowns, going by its description, and it has a Forever build.
- Nugrunning: runs timers for cooldowns and spells that tick over time, if you'd like bars instead of numbers.
How to check for an update
- Open your add-on manager and check for updates with Forever selected.
- Or type
/dump select(4, GetBuildInfo())in chat. OmniCC needs a Forever file that lists that number, which was 16001 during the beta. - Look for a file marked Forever, not Retail or Classic.
Ticking Load out-of-date add-ons isn't a real fix here. Forever removed some of the code retail add-ons rely on, so a forced load can give you errors. See loading out-of-date add-ons.
