For WoW Forever's library books, install HandyNotes Forever Books if you just want map pins, or Forever Library Scout if you want a full tracker with reward progress. Both list a Forever file for game version 1.60.1 on CurseForge. We read their pages on 5 November and haven't tested them in game.
| Add-on | What it does | Forever file |
|---|---|---|
| HandyNotes Forever Books | Pins about 40 books on the world map and minimap, with zone, coordinates and a hint | Yes, 2 November |
| Forever Library Scout | A journal, map and minimap pins, a compact tracker, a bank helper and reward progress | Yes, 20 October (1.5.5) |
| ForeverBooks | A book tracker | Its author moved development to ForeverSecrets |
HandyNotes Forever Books
It's a plugin, so it needs HandyNotes as well. HandyNotes itself got its Forever file on 3 November. Install both, then open the world map and look for the book icons.
Forever Library Scout
If you'd like everything in one window, this one tracks which books you have, which you've handed in, and how far you are from the next reward. The bank helper tells you which books you're storing.
Use one, not both
They mark the same books, so two of them double the pins. Pick the one that fits how you play.
Where the books go
You hand them in to your faction's librarian. What you get at 10, 20 and 25 books is in our sister site's library books guide.
