HandyNotes lets you place labelled pins anywhere on the map. Its plugin system lets other addons supply pins for things like rare spawns or treasures.
For Forever, the core addon is useful right away for your own notes; plugins need data gathered in Forever's world.
Installing
Download it from the author's page (links under Quick Facts), extract it into _forever_/Interface/AddOns and restart the game. The install guide covers the folder, add-on managers and what to do if it doesn't show up.

Where do I download HandyNotes?
From the author's official page on CurseForge. We never host add-on files. Put it in the Forever AddOns folder, not retail.
