Capping shows bars for battleground objectives and respawns so your team knows when a node flips. A brand-new battleground like Forever's Darkspear Islands needs explicit support from its author.
Installing
Download it from the author's page (links under Quick Facts), extract it into _forever_/Interface/AddOns and restart the game. The install guide covers the folder, add-on managers and what to do if it doesn't show up.

Where do I download Capping?
From the author's official page on CurseForge. We never host add-on files. Put it in the Forever AddOns folder, not retail.
