Tracks your party's important cooldowns, such as interrupts and defensives, next to their frames.
OmniCD shows icons for your group members' key abilities with a timer when they're used, so you can see who still has an interrupt or a defensive. It attaches to party frames or shows as bars.
Useful for dungeon groups coordinating kicks, and in group PvP.
Installing
Download it from the author's page (links under Quick Facts), extract it into _forever_/Interface/AddOns and restart the game. The install guide covers the folder, add-on managers and what to do if it doesn't show up.

Where do I download OmniCD?
From the author's official page on CurseForge. We never host add-on files. Put it in the Forever AddOns folder, not retail.
