Azeroth Pilot Reloaded (APR) is a free, open-source levelling add-on with step-by-step quest guides and a waypoint arrow, and it has a Forever build. It continues the older Azeroth Auto Pilot. Install it, type /apr route, choose a route and follow the arrow. See its add-on page for the latest status.

Picking a route
The author offers Leveling, Speedrun and All Quests presets. Routes outside your level range show in yellow and ask you to confirm. Bind the APR item button in the game's key bindings, so quest items are one key away.
On a gamepad
The author says it works with Forever's gamepad interface. Turn that on, then assign APR → Gamepad menu in the game's key bindings.
How good are the routes
Forever's quests are new, so routes will change as players find better ones. We haven't played a full route. Update it often, and report gaps to the author. For alternatives, see best quest add-ons. The route recorder is a separate add-on that records routes.
