Immersion shows quest text like a conversation, with the NPC's model next to it and keyboard controls to accept and continue. It's popular with players who read quests, which Forever's new quests reward.

Installing

Download it from the author's page (links under Quick Facts), extract it into _forever_/Interface/AddOns and restart the game. The install guide covers the folder, add-on managers and what to do if it doesn't show up.

Does Immersion work in WoW Forever?

Works. Immersion has a Forever version on the author's own page. The TOC lists interface 16001 and the release is packaged for Forever. (Checked 2 Nov 2026.)

Where do I download Immersion?

From the author's official page on CurseForge. We never host add-on files. Put it in the Forever AddOns folder, not retail.
