Cell replaces party and raid frames with compact ones designed for healers but useful for everyone. Indicators show which buffs and debuffs matter, and it has its own click-casting and layouts per group size.
It's a popular choice for Forever's 15-player battleground and the December raids.
First setup
Pick a layout for 5 players and one for raids, set your click-casting in the Click-Castings tab, and test in a group before a real dungeon.
Installing
Download it from the author's page (links under Quick Facts), extract it into _forever_/Interface/AddOns and restart the game. The install guide covers the folder, add-on managers and what to do if it doesn't show up.

What this means: The author has not released a Forever build, or says Forever is not supported yet.

Where do I download Cell?
From the author's official page on Wago. We never host add-on files. Put it in the Forever AddOns folder, not retail.
